2. Terms of use
Access to this site is free and requires no registration. Information on dishes, prices and opening hours is published in good faith and may change; the prices in force are those on the menu at the premises. Photographs are indicative. Reproduction of the contents, in whole or in part, without the owner's permission is prohibited.
3. Privacy policy

What data we process and why. This website is informational: it creates no user accounts and sells nothing online. If you book a table with the booking form on this website, we process the data you give us (name, phone, email, date, time, party size and any notes you add) solely to manage your booking and keep you informed about it. Beyond that, we do not collect identifying personal data of our own accord.
Legal basis. For bookings, performing the booking you request (GDPR art. 6.1.b); for the rest of the website, the owner's legitimate interest in running an informational website (GDPR art. 6.1.f) and, for cookies and third-party services that are not strictly necessary, your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Processor. Development, hosting and maintenance of this site and of the booking system are provided by Bouzon Digital, acting as data processor under GDPR art. 28. The servers are located in the European Union (Germany).
Disclosures and transfers. No data is shared with third parties except where legally required. If you choose to load the Google Maps map, your browser connects to Google Ireland Ltd., which may process your IP address under its own privacy policy.
Audience measurement. We count visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify individuals.
Retention. Booking data is kept for as long as the booking relationship lasts and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. No personal data arising from browsing is retained beyond what is described in the cookie policy.
Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the address above or to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
4. Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. This site uses the bare minimum:
- First-party technical cookies (necessary). They store two of your preferences in your browser: light or dark mode, and whether you accepted or rejected cookies. They identify no one and never leave your device.
- Booking system (technical, necessary). The booking form is a Bouzon Digital component. Only if you book does it keep the name, email and phone number you typed in your browser, to fill them in next time; they never leave your device except when you send a booking, and they are deleted when you clear this site's data.
- Third-party (optional). The Google Maps map in the "Find us" section. It does not load until you press "Accept" or "Load the map"; if you decline, the map is not loaded and no Google cookie is set.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; your next visit will ask again.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, logo and photographs on this site belong to their respective owners. The photos of the premises and the dishes are the establishment's own: they come from its public Instagram profile, except one of the dining room that the establishment uploaded to its Google listing. The logo comes from its digital menu. The site was built by Bouzon Digital.
6. Applicable law
This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
